I currently live in Minneapolis, MN — but throughout my life I have lived all over the world from Southern California to Boulder to London to Washington, DC — I truly embody what it means to be ‘adaptable’.

But, what you won’t see on any resume is my passion for exploring everything the world has to offer, in fact I could be a real life Dora the Explorer. My love for exploring, learning, and the outdoors has led to a passion for endurance racing. Over the years I’ve found that I love to continuously push my limits through racing and addicted to the feeling of accomplishment you get when completing something big (something you’ve worked really, really, really hard towards) — this passion carries over to my professional career as I am constantly striving to achieve and learn more.

By pushing my limits, I’ve also developed an understanding and passion for finding efficiencies in process. The magic to my success is figuring out the holistic picture by taking the time to listen, learn, and research before trying something new. This has helped me establish myself as a “go-to” for help in answering questions and joining special projects.

I focus on creating clear direction and space to empower my teammates to make decisions that will lead to the success of our projects. I have found that this method creates a psychological safe space and opens the door to build authentic relationships (both internal and external). While I am known for my honesty and loyalty, I do expect that everyone on my team is accountable for their actions. I fully expect tasks are done on time and everyone is always treated with respect throughout the process.
